St. Bart’s Episcopal Church

I Worked with a group of two other women to analyze the condition of the facade of St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church in Manhattan during an Advanced Conservation Course. Repeated trips to visit the building resulted in a complex map of primary and secondary pathologies effecting the facade that we grouped into three main categories: Water Damage, Pollution, and Mechanical Repair. The analysis yielded information that we then synthesized in order to produce a proposal for treatment and stabilization of this iconic facade.

My role was to produce the conditions maps overtop of the rectified photographs of the facade.
